That's very interesting, my last name, I won't disclose it, but let's just say it's the same as an island, and together with that island, my father and a car ferry, it's only used as a name brand cream in another Europan country. Said ferry spent its early life on Mj?sa, which is a lake, I'm guessing it's at least 300 kilometers from the Ocean. Chopped her to pieces, moved here by train and reasembeled her here.

I don't remember accurately, Beetle might have flipped on it's side or maybe it was able to continue race normally. No one was hurt, don't worry.
A few additional pics from that local folk race event, since there were some interested people on the forum. All photos taken last August or September in my home town, Nurmes. Lots of pictures, hope you don't mind.
Escort MkI is pretending to be rear-engined Skoda.
Audi Coup?.
Chevrolet Caprice. Not the most common folkrace car, but heavy and sturdy. Racing comfort with automatic gearbox.
Flipped Fiat.
VW Golf MkII.
Triple lead for the home team.
Caprice on the pit.
Taxi!
You can take it easy even if you weren't for some reason able to participate the race. Fiat 133.
Alfa.
Simca 1000.
