my new toy - PSP camera :D

i nearly bought the first version from china, but i couldn't face the postage charges so i waited and it came out here last week :0 and i didn't know until a few days before.

it's only 1.3mp (don't laugh) but it's not that bad really. it's great having such a big screen to line up shots, and movie mode is really good, might be better than my other camera actually.

I only hope you didn't pay more than 30 dollar for that thing :) Quality is terrible. Is that picture native resolution? It looks like there has been some interpolation going on to increase the resolution.
 
I thought that supposed to be a webcam? so the MP isn't gonna mean a lot anyway. I like your computer case, it looks simple, but got filter built in and looks like a drawer on the bottom?
 
yeah it's only meant to be a small cam for videos and photos. that is native resolution (same as the PSP screen size). OK so it's not great, but i like it. i paid ?30 for it, so i guess that works out at over $30

glad you like the case, i liked the fan at the front when i bought it. the mesh on the front isn't really a filter (well not what i would call a filter) and the two parts at the bottom flip up for floppy disc drive and USB/power/audio plugs and buttons.

upgraded my S500 for the S770, worked out a bargain really, new camera for ?140, sold the old one for ?60 so only cost ?80 in the end :)

I have the S500 I really like is its really small so easy to carry

Way cool! 3.2 megapixel camera, can shoot up to 1hr. of video and comes with a video out cable to hook directly to the TV.
 
After the "new" wore off, not really. I've always owned flip phones so that took a little getting used to and I never used the 'net or email functions (bought it more for just the PDA aspects of it) so why spend the money.
 
I prefer white. But really, nice monitor. I need me one of them.

Can you possibly take a pic or two of that thing next to something so I can get a size reference? I am considering that, but I am worried it might be a bit too big.

what would you like to have next to it, keys? another mobile?
 
it's about the same size as my phone (HTC Trinity 100), but a little thicker. I consider it pretty small, considering everything that's on it. But it indeed depends on what you consider small.
