That show had so many songs from movies I knew, wow. Collateral, V for Vendetta, definitely cognized the Hans Zimmer stuff, and others, lol.

Oh God. My two favorite bits of entertainment in life, Top Gear and Dave Matthews Band, and he has to stick his head into them. Ugh. He ruined the latter by producing their last album and introducing the drum machine, hopefully Top Gear never uses his music ever again. He'll bring them down too, he's evil.

                  Sorry, a little bitter.

Around 51 minutes (while they are in Liechtenstein and JC says 'start of the greatest driving road in the world..') the music is from the Inside Man soundtrack, which is by Terence Blanchard. Unfortunately I don't have a copy of this...but it's a pretty signature sound so I'm sure it's from that.

I just realized that if you if you were a little bit disappointed with this episode (like myself), then watch it again. Trust me. It'll be so much better.

                              Especially the series preview.

                              Edit: Whoops wrong thread.

Somewhat similar here. I liked the Golf segment, I _really_ liked the start of the lightweight supercar challenge. I didn't really like the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car and didn't think that they could do much to end the episode spectacularly. Then, the second part of the lightweight supercar challenge came and here I am now, thinking that it was the best piece of television ever.
