Mother of God, Lifan makes cars too?!

Well, that's one way to weed out the stupid.

why is this? As soon as you're stopped, why does keeping the brakes on keep your ass end up high?
The suspension is all loaded up and can't unload completely till the tires roll.

When I raise or lower the air suspension in a Range Rover the tires do move just a little bit. If you have the brakes on you can feel the car shudder a little bit as the tires try to roll but can't really. Once you let off the brakes the car will roll a couple of inches as the suspension settles.

    What else do they do?

Bonus! C-NCAP (chinese) crash ratings 2008
    <-- Yeah

Why is the dummy on the floor? I don't know for sure but it appears that for some reason the seat belt failed, hurling him into the front passenger (the orange blob). Possibly it snapped or released by itself. Yes. Lifan. Great stuff.

    Update 3
GREAT NEWS! You can now get a Lifan made in Ethiopia!

Oh dear god! I've been in one of these...

Well technically it was the Turkish equivalent - the Tofas Sahin. truly terrible car, but a few of them made it to Bulgaria as taxis.

Thankfully, they are long gone now.

Wow..what a difference rubstrips w/chrome accents, alloys, and fog lamps makes! The one you posted looks a gazillion times nicer than the DOCC. At least they are gone now lol.

Incorrect, the picture only mentions one spare part.

Probably a bit of interior trim.

The temperatures were in the 50's today so I dedicated the day to the car. I washed it for a first time since November. Waxed it. Re-blackened my bumpers. Tightened a few bolts.

It looks excellent right now. And it rides excellent

There has to be a way to replace the standard beep and bong from a car with something more enjoyable.

There is, you can replace it with a sound synthesizer box.

One guy around here has his Civic rigged up to reproduce a woman's, er, ecstatic moaning when he leaves the keys in.
