Ok i just found this
ive no idea how to explain it or what it is
it doesnt look like a normal person. it looks like a classic pre-war bloke or something like that

go to 12x04
its at the 5:41 5:42 point
you'll have to go frame by frame to see it
but in the left mirror of the zonda is this...

Spooky images spotted by eagle-eyed viewers of the BBC's popular motoring programme appear to show an ?850,000 Zonda supercar being driven by the spectre of Frank J Wiegand, who was mayor of Warren, Michigan in the 1930's. Little is known of how Wiegand, who beat his Republican rival William Qualmann to the post in April 1933, died but since the reflection in the car's mirror bears such an uncanny resemblance to the late Democrat one can only speculate that this restless spirit probably met at least as grizzly a demise as the Pluckley schoolmaster of whom Richard Hammond joked "That must have hurt" when told the teacher had been found hanging by his pupils.

No member of the Top Gear team was available for comment, and a BBC spokesperson has refused to confirm rumours of a "Top Gear Most Haunted Live" special in the future in conjunction with Living TV.

I know, I have too much time on my hands but it sure beats doing the ironing!
