Wierd problem with my laptop screen - WTF!!!

I just noticed something worrying...or maybe it's just my imagination.

It seems to me like my laptop LCD is glowing a little brighter in equal intervals. I'm staring at a white page in a dark room.
It's like the hazards on a car...is that even possible, or maybe I have looked at it for too long and my eyes need a rest?

:lol: That happens to me often. so I'd say its probably just your eyes saying "Give me a break dude!"

But just to be safe; what kind of a laptop is it, how old, etc. etc.

Dell Inspiron E1505 with Ati X1400 videocard. Two and a half years old, still working like a charm.

Yes, I think your laptop is fine just rest your eyes a bit next time if it happens again.

Of course if it happens when you haven't been staring at the screen for a while...then there may be a problem.

what specs eyes are you using and how old are they? Are they overclocked?
