There are few cars that are a true one-of-one. If you've ever watched Barrett-Jackson auctions on television, you've seen the guy who claims his '67 Camaro is the only one in existence... with that particular combination of options. Yes, his car is unique, but we wouldn't declare it a one-off by any means. We're talking a truly unique car, like this 1968 Lamborghini Miura Roadster with coachwork by Bertone. Built for the 1968 Brussels Motor Show, the Miura Roadster features an open top with larger air intakes integrated into a rollover hoop. The rear of the car was also reshaped with a larger spoiler and unique taillights. The car was recently restored to its original condition including its beautiful metallic blue paint. We saw it in person at this year's Pebble Beach Concours, a mere week after it was fully completed, where it finished second in the Lamborghini class. The Miura Roadster is now being offered for sale, and we imagine it will go for quite a bit more than the $330,000 it cost to restore the car.

wow that's a good looking roadster. But if it is a one of a kind Miura, then why is there a picture of a green roadster?

Hmm I think it doesnt look right. It suddenly apperas cheaper, like a japanese ripoff of sorts. Also, fluorescent lime green should be mandatory for Miura (it would be if I were in power :D)

They are the same car, it was just repainted different colors.

That engine bay is so immaculate, it looks computer-rendered.

Gorgeous, to come second at Pebble Beach means that the car is basically artwork. For example Pebble Beach Concours standard requires all the screw heads to be aligned through the whole car.

I really preferred it in the original green color. What is this now - baby blue?

Weirdly, I think it looks awkward without the roof.

do very want.

it's a convertible! and the engine just sits there being all beautiful and lovely!

The headlights look like they have eyelashes, don't like that. The green example was much better in that area, and whoever picked that powder puff blue needs to be whooped, but overall this is certainly a cool car.

^well don't all Muira's have those "eyelashes"?

The article does say "The car was recently restored to its original condition including its beautiful metallic blue paint." meaning it was blue from the beginning.

however, there seems to be a green one, must have been a prototype

edit: the blue one seems to be the prototype as one of the descriptions to the green one says "The Lamborghini Miura Roadster ZN-75
Here the Miura is seen outside the Portman Dealership in the UK after they bought the car"

Only the first generation Miuras (up to 1970) had "eyelashes", they were removed on the later models (mainly on the SV.

Do want. A lot.
