Are you kidding? It's MOV3IT spelled backwards, so it would look right when you see it in your rearview.

no no, not leet speak. when you see it backwards, the 3 is actually the right way around. so it looks like MOVEIT.
And yeah, the whole point of it is of course the front plate, as to be seen in rear view mirrors. It's in california, not sure if front plates are required there, but he definitely has one.
