Much too red. Set the white balance to tungsten to counteract the reddening effect of the street lighting.

Or just use RAW. :)
 
Won't help much, street lights use sodium, which emmits lights in a very narrow part of the spectrum. Tungsten lights emmit throughout the entire spectrum, with the majority of it in the red part, so with white balancing you can make it seem white. But since street lights are ONLY orange, there's not enough colour information to fix it. You can make the light look white, but all the other colours will be washed out completely.
