So true. I really like him now, he's very much on par with the other two at this point IMO. I love all three, the show wouldn't be what it is without james, hammond, or clarkson but I chose clarkson in the end. Honestly though I love everything they all do, it's just all so brilliant.
 
I have to say, Hammond scored a BUCKET load of points in my book when after he beat that german he went stright to his face and screamed out YESSSSSSSS. That was friggin hilarious. Still had to pick JC though.

Hard decision, but I think Richard. And believe me, not because i'm a girl or that he's cute or something. I just like people who are enthusiastic and funny. Actually at first I thought of picking Jeremy because I love the way he doesn't care of how everybody else will react at his behaviour, and his extraordinary opinions and I like his car reviews. And I love the way JC and RH get along, James usually sits quietly, although I like when he says something hilarious out of nowhere. But I picked Richard, cuz I like his personality, and when the other two make fun of him, and when he's being silly and isn't afraid to laugh at himself, and to be humiliated, and yes when he makes fun of the other two...anyway if there was fourth option I'd choose all three...
 
Still going back and forth between Hammond and May, got to think about this some more...
 
It has to be Clarkson for me because apart from the ever-so-pornographic crush I have on him, without him there would be no Top Gear.

Plus I met James and may have scared him ever-so-slightly - not restraining order scared, just 'who is the strange drunken girl' scared - not that this matters in the who I like best sense but y'know, I like a man who's not easily perturbed. Richard is just too hot for his own good and has poncy hair and designer denim...

It made perfect sense in my head :?

I voted James, I love his dry wit and charm:), his laugh, his ability to make me go wobbly at the knees with the simplest of words ("Hello" for a start :D), his goofiness, his enthusiasm for cleanliness (I think it's really cute), and his dress sense, gotta love those shirts!!

I love his hair aswell, it's actually a bit like mine..which says alot...


I always had a soft spot for Hamster though, I'll always have a placein my heart for him too.:)

I voted for May. I like all of them, but may kind of holds the show together sometimes, though not so you would notice (in typical English gentlemenly fashion). He is also a nerd about things, which I share since I began restoring my MX5.

I still like Hammond, even though he is very "TV-friendly" sometimes; he still loves cars and is quite funny, especially in jokes with James for some reason. Also, he named his car Oliver. :lol:

Clarkson is sometimes an arse and I don't always agree with him (who would, though?) yet he holds the show together from an obvious point of view- writing and direction- and is hilarious in his mad stunts, rantings and general comments about everything from cars to coffee. He is one of the few people who, even when I don't agree with anything he is saying, can still make me laugh like hell.

I voted for Jeremy because I can't make up my mind on who is my favorite.

A perfectly reasonable method of selecting your favorite TV presenter, but not one i'd recommend when voting people into office, lol.

I voted James as well. He alternates between genius and stupidity (eggs come from the milkman!), excitement and disappointment (oh cock!), and being a proper bloke (aforementioned drinking buddy) and a bit of a ponce. I can identify. :D
 
May first, then it's a tie between Clarkson and Hammond. Sometimes the Stig is ahead of those two.
 
James May ftw... he's the smartest. He's the most properly British... and he's the classiest.
 
James May. Apart from the fact that he's funny and a great presenter, he seems like a really nice guy, very likeable. I imagine he'd be a great guy just to chat with.
