I hate my wallpaper too, but it's been there since to the 70's and we are just redoing the house now. My room is last on the list all the other rooms have been stripped by now.

Yeah, same here. It also feels really dry and brittle, so I mostly just dry my hair with a towel and then simply let it dry off in the air.
