Wth is negative particle movement. Movement is energy and therefore heat.
Also quantum fluctuations are the cause why you can never reach absolute zero. Only come very close to it in a Bose-Einstein-condensate, and even then it's only because Bosons don't get the fermi-energy fermions get.
