Lens Flair

The balance is wrong IMO. The sky is washedout and the ground is to dark in comparison with the washed out sky.

You must not live in Tornado Alley. That is what it really looks like when we get a rated R thunderstorm.

The frame is bloody awful.
Normally, I'd agree, but I think it works quite well for the way the photo is tilted.

Maybe because of the "straight down" perspective, it doesn't look full on tilt-shift to me. I would read that more as a Diana or a Holga with nail polish on it than a true t-s, but it could just be me. The image itself is interesting, there are some nice lines in it.
