I'm with kat when it comes to having affection for crap. The Marina's like a puppy with one eye, three legs, no tail, patchy hair, that really understeers badly and is inexplicably boring.

Yea the Allegro at least looked different, therefore it can get the sort of weird affection that people are mistakenly giving to the Marina. Here's what Clarkson thinks:

Sceptre, living up to the Jaaaaag owners personal motto of "I'm a bit of a cad, but I'm allowed to be!":lol:

I can think of much worse cars than the Marina without much thought though... especialy when the Marina wasn't much worse than other cars of the period, its superior the Ford Cortina Mk3 rolled like a fishing trawler in stormy seas and it rusted worse!

It was also one of the best selling cars in Britain when it was built, the front is quite agressive for a family car, with a hint of Mk2 Escort and the 1.8TC was faster than the MGB-GT, Britains favourite sports car!

Not bad for a car designed in a very short ammount of time by a company that was teribble at executing car production or money management!

Not to mention it is the best RWD car in the world!:lol:

No, if you check the tag it was in Roswell. However, that was a beetle migration. They came from as far as Canada, which means I can arrange for a local migration. What you SHOULD be worried about is I AM in Massachusetts and within driving distance of murdering you :p


Also I have gotten 2 + reps for saying I like these terrible cars. :lol: Terrible car people are friendly :D

I was close though, Spectre, Sceptre close enough! It is 2am where I am! :lol:

And leave the poor VP Prinny alone, its done nothing to you. It may be ugly but has a gorgeous interior and the Princess was described as being as comfortable as a Rolls Royce by the press when it was released. :tease:
