...you can pay $16K over MSRP on a Camaro hardtop to have some guys with hacksaws and too much time on their hands to do this to it...

NCE has successfully completed the
FIRST 2010 Chevy Camaro Convertible. It will be featured at upcoming Auto Shows, Automotive Magazines and Websites.

wtf :? that has to be the ugliest ragtop ive ever seen... If I was in the market for a new Camaro convertible I think I could have a little patience

What the hell happened to that door frame?

It turns out the Camaro isn't the only model they modify:

Looks like they used the saws to cut the roof for the wheels :p

Those wheels are equally horrible.

Take a car designed by world-class engineers and let a guy from East Hook modify it so that it's worth a lot less! That's right; A lot less. That's winner style, baby!

Why does this guy have " I " tatooed on his chest?

I think this is GM's attempt at scaring buyers into waiting for the real deal! I've seen these guys other cars, they're just as bad. They seem to think you can just saw off roof, grab an electric motor and quickly sew up some tarpaulin to make a convertible...

Reminds me of Clarkson talking about the French rushing to be first... being first doesn't mean it's any good!

Oh god everything is horrid about that car. Wheels, top, hack job, body kit. No redeeming qualities at all. Do you think they even did any chassis reinforcement??

"For people who want a modern american muscle car that is also a convertible, for god's sake just buy a Mustang."

Though I am amused that the Chrysler Sebring has more cowl shake than a car decapitated by some idiots with a hacksaw and a tent.

Also, their site is comedy gold. Look at this professional render!
