Random Thoughts....

Now if only my pizza dough would rise up as fast as the swine flu.

Dogbert, noooooo! You're, like, totally, going to not die! What ever are we going to do not without you!

The whole swine flu thing reminds me of the south park episode where the parents lost all their money in an indian casino and then the indians - sorry, native americans - rubbed chinamen on carpets and infected south park with SARS. Everyone's making a huge deal of it while saying "soon only 98% of us will be left" (except for the fatality rate being a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of what SARS' fatality rate is)

ok Chels, here's some stuff....

Yep, my web history now looks epic

Legs Avenue does good stuff and they've got one- I would recommend them. The first link is a proper ref's shirt by the looks of it, but seems to fit the description.

That was fun, anybody else got costumes they want me to look up for them????? :D

Edit: moar...

Are you going to wear those only for Halloween? :D

No, I will :tease:

I swear I thought "Doppler effect" before realizing it looks like a referee uniform.

I think was freaks out most of the experts is it's similarities with the 1918/Spanish flu.

Finalgear, i'm giving you the opportunity to choose a pic for this month's calendar, do please try and be sensible

Pretty much anything that will look good on that BigHugeLabs app.

In that they originated in the same way. Genetically speaking, however, they're apples and oranges.

In other news, my dad has swine flu.

Why does everything insist on being difficult? 2009 has been the worst year possible for me.. Jobs, uni, housing, family.. everything has turned out to be a fiasco/disaster so far.

:hug:Don't worry about it, things almost always pretty much work out. I believe all happens for a reason, so don't sweat it, keep it cool and try to find a reasonable solution.

Since there was no other pic choices, i went and printed one, good news: theoretically now i own a Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag
bad news: it's a XJ-40

Ladies and gentleman, Tegucigalpa is on fire.

My mind is now blown. A EMIT tweeter that I was sure was broken and hasn't been working properly in several days, has been working perfectly for 40 minutes. :|

My 2009 seems to have started to turn around so there's hope for you yet

Oh yeah? Well at least you haven't been accidentally unearthed from a shallow grave by construction workers.

Or gotten swine flu.

This is my day, people. This shit. Making bad jokes. All day. For real. I fucking hate the flu.

 We we're having a "city walk through" yesterday, and the guy from the city said that we could save a fuck-ton of cash on the whole climate-change thing. Because we wouldn't have to rebuild/reconstruct our harbor!

Awww, you know what's the best part about the flu?

It goes away.

Or you die.

Hopefully the former, not the latter, though. That second option's not too good.

It looks like I panicked for almost nothing: I somehow got a 72 on the surprise midterm I freaked out about. For not going to class for most of the semester and not studying at all, I'll take it.

I have to finish my make-up work now. My blue bunny's being held hostage 'til I do, LOL. It'd be nice to get him back before I get compromising photos of the bunny in my e-mail...haha.

I still feel like I fail at school, though. With the exception of summer school, this always seems to happen: get sick/hurt self, fall behind, struggle to make everything up, and then end up with a bunch of missed assignments, dropped classes, or an overall crappy grade.

Maybe I just need to only go to school in the summer?

I know you're trying to be helpful, but when you get older, you'll realise life isnt a Disney movie where the handsome prince marries his girlfriend and they live happily ever after.

Sick of 2009? Yeah, add me to the list. 2010 isnt looking too much better, although I have hopes for 2011 :p

2009 has been up/down for me so far- I've had some real stresses and such and dealing with my HSC at the moment, which has put a lot of added stress on me to do well. Lots of issues with friends and family, including some pretty nasty stuff with friends trying to kill themselves and me/others having to clean up the mess. My marks have also pogoed around in all my subjects too, which has meant that I haven't done as well academically as I could have.

But then again, I have a great cadetship lined up from next year onwards, my second cousin is about to have a baby soon, which is really exciting for me (halloween!!!!) and in 3 weeks I will be free from the annoyances of high school forever. So I am positive about this year so far, the good stuff is outweighing the bad for me.

I really do hope that thing look up for you soon so you can have a positive outlook of 2009 and an awesome 2010

I dunno, guys, 2007 was pretty much the definition of suck.
