Soon the new A8 will arive.

This is the official promo pic, so we can tell that it'll have a big grill and daytime running lits made of LED's. Not much.

If audi would make dream cars, the new A8 shoudl look like this :

I doubt it'll look like any of those two, I hope the rear will be more like the first render.
 
Don?t Epic Fail Audi for a design that hasn?t been revealed yet based on some car-mag drawings ...

It will be just a stretched Audi A4. Audi's design is so boring right now. All the cars looks the same, except they come in different sizes.
 
The A8 belongs in the conservative car section so I doubt they'd change anything. In fact they'll release the old A8 and nobody will notice. Their buddies in Stuttgart gets away with it.
 
Do Audi infact make different models? They ALL look identical nowadays, stupid fairy lamps and everything.

I guess all that matters now is what kind of person you are so they can build you "your ideal car"

Yeah, the front looks alright on the render of the red car, but the back lights are straight off of the A4, which is just not good. I would like the A8 to have distinctive back lights, because all of them look the same.

Or they can just refresh them from the current model, just like the did with the front.

I prefer the silver render of the front to the red one because the red one looks too similar to the current model.

I'm getting sick and tired of all the stereotypes. Who gives a flying fuckwad about what people think of the stereotypical driver of a certain car? I'd rock an A3 - does that make me a "young rich cock"? I'd rock an A4 too - guess I'm a sales rep :rolleyes: I almost bought a Civic a few months ago - phew, I almost became a ricer pos! Can't wait to get my Miata and instantly become attracted to men. They are just cars for fuck's sake.
 
Statham has the W12 A8, which automatically makes him the coolest person around

and re: the stereotypes, what I meant to say was that they make the same car for everyone, just in different size/with different marketing to surround it. As in, "yes we have the perfect car for you, how long do you want it"

Errrr...but isn't that how they all do it? Besides, doesn't having a car according to your needs make sense? If you got 4 children it wouldn't make sense buying a small car, and if you are a single it wouldn't make sense buying a family car. Of course, buying a SUV never makes sense, but then, it's for the customer to decide what they want.

I also think stereotypes suck.
 
All I saw on this page so far are a bunch of identical Audi's and some random supercar. :D

It's not about "a car according to your needs". It's "we build exactly the same car but in different sizes"

Look at Alfas, they have pretty much a model for everything Audi makes, but theirs look completely different and yummy, as opposed to identical and boring.

generic small Audi A3 => Alfa 147
generic medium Audi A4 => Alfa 159
generic coupe Audi A5 => Alfa Brera
generic large Audi A6 => Alfa 166

You're not telling me the Audis look better? I get that everything needs to resemble and stuff, but just making everything identical is just NOT ON, Audi!
