What did you GET this christmas?

- A nice new jacket
- Shirt + Tie from Next + ?10 Next giftcard
- Planet Earth on Blu Ray
- TG Yearbook + Where's Stig?
- Student cookbook (may actually be useful)
- 2 mugs (despite the fact I never, EVER drink anything out of a mug)
- Dressing Gown (despite the fact I never, EVER wear one of these)
- 2 pairs of CK boxers (mmm comfy)
- ?10 cash

That's it really. Visiting family tomorrow, but they'll probably buy me Golf stuff, which I do not play anymore.

You should convert to Judaism too and tell her to buy you something for all seven days of Hanukkah...then snog her. Unless she's ugly.
Been there done that, wear the tshirt often.
And hey, I like Leine's Sunset Wheat! :x

So do I, but it's my bread and butter beer, dammit - nothing special. Some Three Philosopher's, or Mad Elf, or Ten Fidy, or Chimay, something like that would have been more useful.

Some Three Philosopher's,... something like that would have been more useful.

My favorite American beer! For Christmas I got a Logitech MX1100, a couple of books, some money, some candy, and an iPhone I've been using since October.

Hum, I got some $, a food processor, slippers, a cook book, and some spices. My parents want to buy me an entertainment hutch because they think mine is ugly, but they failed to account for the fact that they don't exist in the size I need. This surprises only them. I think the current setup is just fine. I didn't ask for most of the stuff I wanted (DVDs and toys and such). I'll save up and get them myself.

Hmmm let's see...

Overall, I'm very happy. I got exactly what I wanted.

Here is a pic of my new amp with my Les Paul leaning against it.

^Sun-burst Les Paul OM NOM NOM

Anyway, I didn't ask for anything- a mistake I will never make again.

But, I got a $50 gift card to Best Buy, Assassin's Creed 2 on PS3 (I'll be trading that for MW2 on 360 as I already have AC2), TG "How hard can it be?" shirt with the Reliant Robin shuttle, TG 2010 Desk Calender, Clarkson's new book in hardcover Driven to Distraction lots of shirts, Aldo shoes, lots of German books, more books, PJs and of course, lots of chocolate.

Nothing very exciting.

Grandma got me a Lynx deoderant and shower gel pack and $100 spending money.
Parents got me a packet of Tim Tams (lol) which I had to leave at their place anyway coz they would've melted in the car on the way home and matched the $100 grandma gave me.

Guess its what happens when I say I neither want nor expect anything.

-300$ from the parents, plus a 50$ Target gift card from my mom
-iPod stereo dock with wireless speakers and a remote. Its awesome! (now just need an iPod hook-up for my car...>.<)

We still have more family to go and visit, but I don't know when we'll be going yet. I intend to go tomorrow and spend most of my money on clothes, games, and DVDs

Merry Christmas all,

I do need to get some sort of cookbook or at least ask mum for recipies to some of my favourite stir frys, cassaroles, etc. Gets a bit tough living on a diet of Hungry Jacks, McDonalds, Dominos, Fasta Pasta, etc. Not to mention expensive :p.
