The plot of Kick-Ass concerns a lonely teenage boy, Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson), who decides to become a real-life superhero after being inspired by the heroes of comic-books. He soon encounters a mysterious vigilante called Big-Daddy (Nicolas Cage), and his daughter Hit Girl (Chlo? Moretz), who are working to bring down the drug baron, Frank D'Amico.

Looks like it should be fun

I'm having mixed feelings about this. Parts of the trailer looked good, other parts (certain dialogue) leads me to beleive this will be crap. Plus it has Nick Cage... and we have yet to see his hair.

Personally, I reckon it will be a real flop in cinemas.
It looks about as great as Shoot em Up, but at least that movie wasn't taking itself seriously.

This though, I can't see it doing very well.
Nor do I like the looks of it.
