Is the guy at the beginning of the first video the guy who does the post race driver's press conference?

If anybody needed any further proof that Bernie has thoroughly and completely and utterly lost the plot... well...

Ecclestone also revealed that he had more radical proposals to improve the show - starting with a controversial plan to introduce 'shortcuts' at grand prix tracks that each driver could use for a limited number of times per race.

"I think it would be very easy for us on each circuit to have an area where you could gain a bit of time so you could overtake - a shortcut if you like - which a driver could use five times during the race, so it would stop people getting stuck behind somebody," he suggested.

"It's good for TV, good for the TV commentators, they could talk about somebody having three [shortcuts] left and somebody else having two and what's going to happen and so on."

Ahead of his F1 comeback in 2010, the seven-time champion has been allowed to get vital mileage under his belt in the test that has been billed as a GP2 development run.

And although no lap times have been issued from the test, Sears has given away just how quick Schumacher has been - despite the poor weather that has blighted the week.

"I would say that with a track that is not completely dry, with the kerbs wet and everything else, to be less than one second off the quickest ever time is pretty handy," Sears, who has members of his team running Schumacher's car this week, said on the main stage at the AUTOSPORT International Show.

So Schuey is back. Yes, that's a terrifying prospect for a large part of the field. Now it's even more terrifying: he's back AND he seems to have kept his speed intact.
