I'm not sure which ones which, but here are the specs (in order of production)
C111 #1 - 3 rotor Wankel rotary mounted in the middle.
C111 #2 - 4 rotor Wankel rotary producing 370hp.
C111 #3 - 230hp turbo-diesel I5. Hit 200mph at Nardo while averaging 14.7mpg.
C111 #4 - 500hp turbo V8. Set a record speed of 250.95mph on the Nardo ring.
