my questions would be how do you make difrent pictures on your screens and how do you extend your start bar
Different pictures with DisplayFusion and extended startbar with Ultramon. That what i use on my dualscreen-setup.

Ultramon handles different wallpapers by itself. Just right click on the icon in the system tray and select wallpaper.
