Looking to Upgrade Video Card

- QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 B35
- 2048 MB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM)
- ATI Radeon HD 4550 (1024 MB)

Current specs, I'm looking to upgrade to a better video card to play some basic games. Trying to spend at most 60 bucks. Any recommendations? Links?

You can't get much for $60. Spend a little more and get this 5670.

Fry's Galaxy GT240 on sale right now. A GT240 is basically a 9800GT, which is pretty decent. It's $65 upfront and $40 after rebates.

9800GT power for $40 is very good. That will play any game on the market, lots of them on high settings.

I bought a Geforce 260 last year, because they were out of stock of atis with directx 11. Still can't say I regret it.

I thought the GT240 has 112 shaders like the 9800GT, but apparently it only has 96 shaders. So it's a bit slower than the 9800GT.
