Spied: 2011 LAMBORGHINI Jota

On a completely different note, why is it going to be called a "Jota"? The mighty and hairy-chested Countach, Diablo, and Murcielago will be followed by a "Jota", just doesn't sound right.
 
It does deviate from the standard bull names, but it's not a first that the name has appeared with Lamborhini. A special edition of the Diablo was called a Jota, lightened, a hard-edged racing variant of the standard car with almost 600 bhp.

Could also just be the WIP name, it just means J in spanish.

What's mad about that? They have completely lost the point of Lambo.

Why would anyone buy that over a Ferrari or a McLaren? Because Lambo was the most awesome car maker?

Audi should put those electric engines and four wheel drives to their R8's, I wouldn't give a shit but they should leave the Lambo for mad people.
 
The more it looks like a Diablo...the better!!! :)
 
Assuming the J is pernouced as a Y like in the Jalpa... I only have one thing to say...

I'm guessing they've only done the first 3/4 of the car, the rest as you can see, is currently attached by duct tape. :lol:
 
I like those wheels; looks like those wheels on that old Italdesign Schigera from NFS 3. :D

Why is it that whenever I look at these camo'd pics, they remind me of all the renderings of the Lotus Esprit (A car I am very much looking forward to - even though I wasn't a big fan of the original).

It will end up looking very different and pure lambo, and I'll probably love it, though.

On the subject of moving wedges, I saw a Ferrari Testa Rossa today, probably the only car from Maranello that I ever cared for. Great looking car. I'm such a child :lol:

Then I also need a built in Vulcan and a crosshair to shoot down all the slowpokes in the left lane.
Btw does the artificial horizon in the center fulfill any purpose like an accelerometer or is it just a static display?

Its for the secret missiles which are an optional extra. Very useful for blasting away the peasants getting in your way when you're maxing out the car.
