Apparently it seems to be trial and error if its working for people. if i didn't already have fable 2 i'd be grabbing this. certainly a great way to grab attention for the forthcoming Fable 3.

Showed up as $20 on the website, then as free when I refreshed it. I doubt I have enough free space on my (20GB) HDD though.

my guess is to prevent retailers from going out of business. We pay more throught xbl because it's more convenient. Even the MSpoints over live is way more expensive than in JBHi-Fi
