I have had enough of the bullying with my sig .....Initially Reduced it from a Meg to 500kb..... And now I am going to make it a single image.....No gif.....

About the gear shifts......A kid is playing around with his cars gear box....(the car is stationary therefore thats the order of the shifts...LOL)
