Ringmeet 2019 - Taking in US refugees!

I'm in for Thursday through Monday, hotel, no vehicles, high level of confidence.

Unless I decide to do lots of drugs at Defected Croatia instead. :D (Hint: I won't.)

Is that unobtainable there? I can probably swing a bottle for some joyful consumption.
 
We can get it but i thought it would take up less space than the stuff you brought over last time. Probably no heavier and available at the Duty Free.
 
Too early to tell where I'll be at this point. Once again Ringmeet coincides with my Dad's birthday. We have reason to believe he may be very ill, but won't have any clear idea for a few more weeks. If indeed he is, then I'll likely stay and hopefully spend his birthday with him.
 
Be a shame not to see you this year but obviously Dad and the rest of the family have to be your priority.

I hope the prognosis is better than your post suggests.
 
Thanks. It's hard not knowing.
He's convinced it's bad - he hasn't wanted to see a doctor because he's scared of what they'll say. GP hasn't found anything (I'm convinced he goes to the most useless doctor), but he has to go to a specialist, and couldn't get an appointment until mid February.
He won't tell me anything, because he knows how much it upsets me. He's my favourite person in the world, of course it upsets me.

hope its nothing really bad, it would be awesome to have you here, but family is always priority!
 
As the 'Ring is closed for the Friday we would once again be up for a touristy day out/scenic drive. We really enjoyed the Bunker tour last year and HWF3.0 would very much like to do something other than just standing around at the campsite or the 'Ring.

Suggestions gratefully received.
 
Sounds like a plan to me.
 
Perhaps we can incorporate that into my planned scenic drive. On the other hand, I didn't plan to go exactly slow on that one.

The bunker tour last year was really cool so I'm also in for similar touristy things like that.
