It's a promotional tool used for a call center. Why a call center needs to be mobile and capable of infiltrating a small country is beyond me. It had burnt out tail lights or they were switched off. I tried getting the drivers attention when he got out but was ignored. I'll chalk it up to the driver was just annoyed with getting bothered at every stop.
An NYC Boro taxi in full livery but with MI plates. I get that the taxi companies send cars to auction when they get old, but you’d figure they’d trip the stickers off of them so the shitty people out there couldn’t pretend to be taxis.
