Just in case anyone gets the same problem.

Had a problem with blue screen on wake up from sleep, INTERNAL POWER ERROR stop code.

Many 'solutions' said to set powercfg to 100.

Didn't work.

Uninstalling Samsung NVMe driver did!

I neither use a Samsung SSD nor sleep mode, but it might come handy for others so thumbs up for sharing this. :)

Yeah, either my machine is on or off. Though my laptop has.. wait no that's Seagate....

Is this in a laptop?

Looks like there should be images in the first post but I can't see them.

I have a Samsung M2 NVMe disk in this machine, never had the problem in over 3 years but it's a good one to look out for so thanks for sharing. It's a bit backwards having drivers for disks but when you're having to link straight into PCIe to get the required speeds it's unavoidable.

No , sorry none.

Other possible cause was adding a second NVMe or the GPU, but I'd bet on the driver issue.

Searching for "samsung nvme INTERNAL POWER ERROR"
