Today I had a chance to cross one of my all time dream cars off the list:

A 1994, Toyota MR2 GTi Rev3. Meaning naturally aspirated 3S-GE engine in the middle with 175 horsepower.

Car is sitting currently at 214tkm (125 screaming eagles if you're in the US).

The colour isn't factory, car has been oversprayed with a very nice metallic yellow around 10 years ago. It has an adjustable kit in the suspension which makes it a riot to go around a corner with, until the rear wants to pass you. It also doesn't have traction control or A/C ?

Well, shit! .... Pardon my French. :p

This is lovely. :woot:
That generation MR2 is also one one my all-time favourite cars.

An: Mid-rear configuration will be a hoot on ice. :D

I can say it drives nice, no extra noises from chassis nor suspension. Everything works like in a Toyota. Color is way better than what pics can deliver.

Excellent choice! That generation of 3S-GE engine never made it to the states so I'm glad you're enjoying the high-revving naturally aspirated power.

Way cool, man.

Cool car man, lovely color too.

will this be all year car of just summer cruiser?

This looks so good, congratulations! RHD wagon as a daily, LHD targatop as a summer car. I approve this insanity.

All the YES in the world.

As a wise finnish racing driver once said: "fucking finally" - congratulations!

I am so happy to see this.
Congrats.

That is a pure delight! Enjoy!

Great, funky buy and probably the right time to buy one of these still. No turbo means no turbo related maintenance headaches (Hoses from Hell etc) and the odo reading is certainly low enough for a Toyota. I even agree with the paintjob, as the original shade is not the best sort of yellow and even if the frunk and engine bay remain in the original paler shade, it just makes it look like that's factory base coat or something, like you see on many other cars anyway. Now all you need are some Ferrari stickers :p
