Guess what will be my new car?

In addition to production completed, it's now marked as 'Ready for Transport' to the German port of Emden where it'll be loaded on a boat.

I'm not getting my hopes up too soon, this is the ugly reality with the shortages affect new car production and delivery:

I saw my first TCT in the flesh at Circle Porsche in Long Beach, a delivered customer car, looks great in person. ??

So this is how bad the auto parts shortage is, the car is missing that temp/sunlight sensor module in the front of the dashboard, those little round domes, so they didn't want to delay shipment of the car and sent it to the US missing that part, the dealership technically can't release it to the customer until that module arrives so they can install it ?

It's basically held hostage there foreseeable future

Looks great. I was never a fan of the Panamera design but this just works so much better. Some one prefer just a Turismo version without the added chunky plastics but I like it.

Almost all Cross Turismo customers want a Sport Turismo trim instead but unless Porsche makes that a reality, this is what we have for now.

So my car just arrived in Emden port, let's see how many days/weeks it sits here until it gets loaded on the boat and ships out ?

6-12 weeks typically to eastern ports, LA? Easter?
No, the question I'm asking is how long WI the car just sit in the Emden port before its actually loaded onto the cargo ship and the ship sets off, depending on where the loading of the boat is when the car arrives to departure port, some customers have seen their car sitting up for up to a month before it actually hits the water.

Hopefuly it won't hit the water. :p

I wouldn't want my porsche to end up in Wisconsin. :p

My friend in Long Beach recently picked up his Frozen Blue CT4S, gorgeous car and making me excited for mine.

My car has finally made it in one piece to the Porsche Experience Center LA ??

My scheduled delivery experience date is 12/8 (the earliest open slot at the time I scheduled). Can't wait!

So, having you wait for four weeks while it's just sitting at the dealership is an integral part of the experience, I guess? :p ;)
