Mouseovers?

Is there an option where you could mouseover a thread title to see what it says? On another forum I go to it has it so you see the first 10 or so words of the topic. Could be helpful for some with slow connections, or to see if you really want view the thread.

I think they said there's already too much load. So tho it's a nice feature, i wouldn't want to sacrifice speed or reliability for something like that.
