Saw this at the place where I had dinner an hour ago........in Vancouver it's not even considered rare at all, but here in Toronto I haven't seen these in a while (probably due to the weather):

What is it with Canadian drivers thinking they can take up as many car parks as they like?

It it times like this that I like to leave them a note explaining how inconsiderate it is to take up so many car parks and how they should think of others and how they would feel if they were looking for a park and saw a car being such a jerk at the expense of others....and that takes a long time to write on the side of their car with your key! :lol:

Oh........I didn't realize the car had taken up 2 parking spaces! But there were tons of parking space, but most people wanted to park near the entrance (the entrance is right behind the Merc), as the temperature was around -4C, and with windchill, felt like -10C

And probably air-conditioned as well.........in the summer it's like 30+C, and when there's a heat wave it feels like 40C, and trust me, the seats are HOT after parking outside for 10 minutes!!

Ventilated is the word But if you have the money to buy a car like that, you'd get some decent tinting aswell so the leather doesn't burn you when you step inside.

Salar: I'm pretty sure the Gallardo wasn't an SE. For a start I only saw it just after the SE was released here, and my friend says they've seen the same one before... apparently the Gallardo got pulled over doing >160 along the stanley park causeway. I've got one other photo, but it's pretty much a duplicate of the one I posted... I tried to pull alongside it, but the way he was driving, I had absolutely no chance...

I still think it's an SE. check the rear spoiler light.

The normal ones don't have that, but SE has.

And also, I know a guy who owns an SE in that color, and he lives in Vancouver, too.

Nope, they were actually Korean or Chinese. Owner was in passenger seat (probably mid 40) and the younger guy was driving (maybe his son).

Okay, well that's not too bad. I'd be more jealous if it was two teenagers having a joyride... a father and son bonding is a beautiful thing... especially in a Ferrari.

I hate those sports seats though...

True enough... but I've personally done some bonding with my dad driving around, so I can't help but not feel too jealous. Although they are probably more comfortable than me and my dad were in his Triumph TR6 in the middle of the Iranian desert... oh yes, and it kept braking down.

Noshit, your dad owned a TR6, too? :shock:

My dad used to own different Triumphs (including TR6 and yes, in Iran) I never saw them though.

What a small world... huh? Yeah, my dad still has his. It's a white 1973 Triumph TR6 and it's in great shape if I may say so. It doesn't go out too much though... you know with the pollution and all, a convertible isn't that great.

What models did you guys have and what happened to them... and in Tehran? I remember this one time a bunch of kids standing around were talking about it:

Kid 1: "That's a cool car, what is it?"
Kid 2: "It's probably a Benz."
Kid 3: "No, it's a Ferrari... my uncle has one."

And I was feeling so cool... sitting there as a 10 year old kid feeling so proud to get so much attention. Gotta love Iran...

His was either a TR4 or TR5 and I remember he said it was purple. But I could be wrong, I'll ask tomorrow.

Wouldn't it be hell easy to steal something out of that old Porsche convertible? It is a Porsche isn't it?

I saw an NSX as well by the way today... and a Carrera 4S... and an new E55 estate. The last one was weird.
