STIG's behind the shooting parlour, near the blue balloon and Wally is between the old lady and the dude in the green vest pretty much in the centre of the picture.

It's the center piece to Bosch's Garden of Earthly Delights, before he retired from art and moved on to making spark plugs and windshield wipers.

I really don't know how they've ended up on Photoshop V9. I used to use V4 at my dads work on a Mac. His job was to touch up photos on Photoshop and theres no new functions that are of any use.
