According to rumours, the noble make Bugatti ? owned by Volkswagen ? is planning to add a second model to its Veyron two-seater sports car. With this, Bugatti would follow the current trend of adding a coupe ?like four door to the model range just like Porsche does with the upcoming Panamera and Mercedes with the CLS, the latter already being on the market.

A Veyron-based Bugatti four door sedan in the style of a coupe would be the top of the line luxury car, affordable for the ultra rich only. Like with the Porsche Panamera, any real prototype of the four door has not been sighted in public yet. However, it is being suggested that the car gets power from a 8.0 litre 950 HP engine mounted up front ? thus a little less than its 1000 HP Veyron mid-engined sibling .

If the new Bugatti sedan comes on the market within the next four years, it is expected to cost at least 1.0 million US Dollars.

it is fake.....its an artists impression

You know, I actually think it looks pretty good, fake or not. Of course those wheels need to go, they look like something off a 1970's Oldsmobile

OH LOOK YET ANOTHER RUMOUR ABOUT BUGATTI'S NEXT CAR. THIS IS LIKE THE 7TH ONE AND EACH OF THEM DIFFERENT.

I know it's just an artist's impression but I have to say this artist's impression is hideous. Do not just slap on some TT lines and god-knows-where-from wheels on a veyron and call it an impression. It's depression!

 $1,000,000 for a sedan? The back looks totaly wrong with the silly door and bend door handles.

I like it. I like it...even better then the original. If that sedan was built today, it would still look good 50 years from now.

Why do you comment on that picture at all?

It's just some idiotic photoshop based on a concept car made by Bugatti over ten years ago.

It has NOTHING to do with a possible final product.

Bugatti had a few concepts that everyone seems to have forgotten about:

^that being one of them (its also the picture that was chopped to make that "veyron sedan")

^love the interior to death

this Bugatti 218 concept was from all the way back in 1998, but its kind of what the Bentley Flying Spur/Continental GT is now.

6.3l 18-cylinder engine, same as in the EB218 bartboy posted. There was also an EB118 study, 2-door version of the car shown above.

yea the lambo-based Chiron is a really interesting car, i think they should leave the car untouched and sell it as a smaller 200K-250K supercar. The 18cyl is probably over kill (not to mention possible weight issues), but with 550hp and those looks you cant really go wrong.

Here is what the chiron looks like in comparison to the veyron. That Veyron was also an 18cylinder one, but it looks nearly identical to the one that went into production. You can also see the 218 (sedan) and the 118 (coupe), which like i said earlier, are almost exactly what the Contintal GT and Flying Spur are like.
