One of my mates dad had a AMV8 but he didnt like the gear box so he sold it and bought a............ Yaris 1.0l.

To be fair he only has it as my mate needed something to learn in and its only a stop gap till he gets his DB9.

He is right. I hate the gear box. It is far to heavy for everyday use. It is fine if you want to throw it around a track and slam the gears down, but for day to day driving it would drive you crazy, and give you one hell of an arm work out.

That is why we went for the auto...but that is why we have to wait for the darn thing to me released. :roll:

It is a big drop but before the Aston he was driving a 1990 Ford Fiesta 1.1 Auto. TBH he isn't arsed what he drives, he only buys the cars to make a profit.

He actually made hundred quid on the Fiesta. Was given it for nothing and sold it for ?100.
 
I didn't have my camera today and saw an Aston Martin Lagonda :(.

It actually looks quite amazing in person. I should start driving with my camera.

Haha, yup. Observant. The opposite of me. I actually didn't notice the car at first. I'd just picked my car up from having some work done literally 1 minute ago, so I was concentrating on my car, seeing if it felt any different. I pulled up to the stoplight, looked around, and noticed I was next to the Ferrari! Anyways, was a nice car.
 
It's a 550 Maranello by the way, not 575.

550 is one of my top 10 fav Ferraris ever. :)

BTW, how's your car right now? You were coming from North Shore Automall, eh?

well first i thought someone stuck a whole shit load of acura badges on a civic...then i thought why would you change the wheels and even the interior was acura...then i looked up....its canadian...now i feel very stupid for laughing at it
 
Yesterday was one crazy day for exotics! I'm sorry I couldn't take almost ANY pics. But anyways, I saw two Lamborghini Murcielagos, a Bentley Continental GT two Porsche 911 Turbos and a 911 Carrera.

You know... One of the Murcielagos was green and the other was... white! I think that's a rare color right? But I have to say, it looked quite cool in white :D

@omarmakki, yeah, white Murc is a rare one. I've seen a White Coupe with black wheels and 2 tone interior. Pretty badass.

Damn! I hate it when I miss rare cars. :x The car was going at like 70-80 mph in the opposite direction. So, I had really no time to get my camera out and take a pic :cry:
Just remembered... I also saw a YELLOW Aston Martin Vanquish a couple of weeks ago. I also believe that's properly rare!

sure, but when you pay $$$$ extra for an AMG you'd expect a little more effort into the styling and not just a powerfull engine ... ref: M3/M5 ....
