Other Random Car Sightings [Photo Required]

A big multi-business owner in the city bought a Porsche 911 GT2 two years ago, then a big S- Class Merc, and now a new 911 Carerra S. Those are pretty nice cars for Charlottetown, PEI. Also seen a Ferrari 360, red, and an early 90's 911 Turbo in town as well. Last year a young specialist doctor moved here from the US and he drives a red Esprit, a 2002. A few Boxsters and big beemers around too.

Oh, and Salar: it's possible that it wasn't a real GT3 RS. In fact, quite likely. I was driving, and saw it out of the corner of my eye, and a friend in the car said "look, a GT3 RS!" It was a grey colour (do they even come in anything apart from white?) and had red decals & possibly wheels.
 
Dark grey with red wheels and decals. That's right. I remember one was for sale in Weissach with the exact combo. :D

BTW, where did you see that 430?

Man, everyone get Astons in that colour....including me. Maybe I should change it to something a little more..."unique". You can get any colour you want if you pay enough. :p

Its a lovely colour but surely its not too late for you to change. I'd personally get a black but if you think thats too common, a midnight blue would go perfectly with the compact and sleek look of the AMV8.
 
Then again there aren't that many in this city, so although it is common worldwide it won't be here.

Yeah, I would either take that colour or black.

And by "unique" I meant lime green or something. :p

AFAIK the GT3 RS was never abailable in NA and flamingice is correct, they only came in white. The only color choice was wether you want the decals and wheels in red or blue.

Sorry Salar, but I guess it wasn't a real one!

I know man. ;)

I was the first person to tell him RS' are not street legal here, and I think he knew that. The car he saw was just a MKII GT3 with not an original paint job.

BTW, I've heard the 997 GT3 RS will be sold here officially in North Ameirca.

And BTW, I personally think bright and wild colours look good on AMV8. Like red, yellow, or blue. Not green. lol

My photo was taken about 1/2 an hour later that the one in Salar's post, and the car was parked about 5 minutes away from where the other photo was taken. And there's not that many V8 Vantages around here. :lol: Pretty big coincidence.

Today saw a Bentley Arnage, Conti GT, as well as a Ferrari 456. And, the big one for the day:

Black Carerra GT, heading up 4th Ave. out near Point Grey. Such an awesome looking car. :shock:

Didn't get pictures of most of them, unfortunately. I'll post later.

That Black CGT has been spotted again. Its nice to see people actually driving those cars instead of keeping them inside.

Yeah, that's probably the only AMV8 in West Van, and I've seen it several times. Owner runs it well.

And damn @ CGT! tell me you have pictures!
