The max you could do in one month with 15Mbit is 4,860,000MB of bandwith. That is providing that you are using the hole 1.875MB connection all of the time. That's 4.63485718 TB a month, max.

((1.875 * 60 * 60 * 24 * 30) / 1024) / 1024
 
I think most people will find that sufficient :)
Did I mention that you are free to resell the space? That's an easy way to get your hosting to pay for itself!

sounds interesting, especially for storage or large file transfers, but i have a dedicated server already cause i run game servers......but man thats a good plan for anyone looking to get a webhost.
