Most the vehicles shown are not really "cruisers" or "interceptors". They are cars the police departments bring to public events and such.

NYPD ordered around 5000 of them, And Ive already seen one in long island city, scared the crap out of me seeing that thing in NYPD colors.

When I got caught, the patrol car was leaving a servo, and saw me coming. They weren't doing speed checks, it was just one of those things where they were in the right place at the right time, and I wasn't.
