After numerous leaks and previews, the U.S.-bound updated 2007/2008 Hyundai Tiburon coupe finally received a proper unveiling at the Paris Motor Show. Specific details of the car have yet to be released, but mechanical upgraded are likely to be minor. This is because the new Tiburon is a facelift of the existing model, rather than a complete redesign. Most notably, the revised exterior new headlights and taillights, with updated front and rear fascias. The rear tailpipes get a more integrated appearance, and a new selection of wheels round out the package.

Not sure if its an improvement but the Tiburon has never been that great of a car. Low power 2.7l V6 and some other issues.

I think it looks great but I actually liked the pre-face-lift one better. Take away the badge and I could swear it's a Pontiac which for Hyundai is a good thing!

Overall - quite nice but it could do with a new engine....oh and a new badge

Terrible. I like the current one better.

The back looks slightly better, but the front is pretty messed up, don't like it. The current one is alright, I'd never buy one but it looks better then this.

Before i saw the pics i thought they'll make it look nice, but id still take the older model over this one if i had the choice. Secondly, its not the designing that needs to be dealt with its whats under the hood. THERES NOTHING THERE!!!

i was hoping for some mechanical changes, this way id save up for like another 5 years or so to be able to get it, but its not worth it. It looks similar to the previous one and i doubt they'll be modifing the engine.

Nice try hyundai but no thanks :S

I agree on putting the 3.3 in (Lambda, isn't it?).

Then again, I guess this is only a facelift, to keep the car fresh until the next model.

My friend has a Tiburon, it's pretty nice for a Korean car. I think the new one looks a bit better, less girly.

I think most of it is quite nice, but they need to enlarge that uppper grill but other than quite a nice car well for the koreans..

They always screw up the Coupes facelift, and theyve done it again.

Back and side is nice, front ain't though. Anyone notice the BMW style vents at the side?

they could put the 3.8 v6 from the azera in it , that would be interesting

Eew, they stole the grille off of a Lincoln Zephyr. :yucky:

What? :?

It doesn't look too bad really. Never been a fan of Korean cars, but Hyundai
is really putting up an effort with their latest cars. The front bumper is the
only thing on this new Tiburon that doesn't look right. It's not really ugly or
anything, but just bland compared to the rest of the car. It clashes with the
styling. But the good news is there will probably be quite a few body kits
available for this car in the aftermarket, so you may be able to find a front
bumper that fits the rest of the car in that direction.

Anyone have any interior photos? I couldn't find any on the link posted above.
