Pick Your Time & Date Format!

Thanks to MXM linking me a cool mod, you can now pick your date and time format, i.e. 12 hour or 24 hour clock. You can find it in your profile options.

I changed it but the server clock still tells me it's 2:52 PM. Does it take a while for the change to take place?

Nevermind, I just saw that the server time seems to be unaffected by this. Only threads/posts are.

Doesn't appear to be working at all for me at the moment.
The UI is there in the control panel, but the settings don't appear to have an effect on anything.

Yeah, I decided to add in the ability to pick your own format (that was my doing, mod didn't have that). Now I'm trying to hook in somewhere where it'll affect the "All times are GMT -7. The time now is 06:47 AM." at the bottom of each page.
