Track Maps for Racing Games?

Are there any PC racing games that are modable like half life or doom in that you can make your own maps? It kinda sucks making tracks for GTA or HL since thier vehicles are pretty unrewarding to drive, and I really don't want to make a new vehicle for either of them.

any? a rally game would be PERFECT.

You can set up your own autocross layouts using cones in LFS, and the Trackmania series of games has a built-in track editor.

hey thanks, I'll check out trackmania. Autox is pretty bleh, I can't imagine how it'd be better in a video game, haha.

rFactor and GTR (1&2) are popular moddable sims.
There is also Racer, but it sucks
