Went to the Absolut Ice bar 'Below Zero' in London at the weekend. It's a constant -5deg C all year round and has walls, a bar, tables, glasses and seats made from ice imported from the Ice Hotel in northern Sweden.

Was that the 18-50? Normally I don't mind vignetting but on snow...

18-70 at 70mm, f/4.5
I haven't properly compared the two lenses yet... but so far I'm thinking the 18-50 is a tad better (besides the obvious larger aperture
)
