And it's not nearly as big of a deal as it was in the 90's. Today, you can get thousands of GB of datatransfer for less than 10 bucks a month. The majority of sites on the web don't come anywhere close to hitting their limit, unless their hosted by a gay company like tripod or geocities, etc......or unless they're serving up a lot of big files.

But yeah, it's still a bit annoying for webmasters :)
