hey all,

just took about 100 pics today at high-rez, what is the fasted way to Resize all of them and also place a simple water mark on each.... is there a fast way or do i have to do it one by one?

i use both Mac and PC so all help would be greatfull.

Photoshop - toggle the actions palette, hit new and record. Place your watermark, resize, save. Then use the automate/batch function. I would make duplicate folder of your pictures and use that, so that when you resize and save them you will still have a copy of the original set. That's it in a nutshell. Use PS help and look for "action" and "batch resize", you will get an exact step by step procedure.

Would it be helpful to do a tutorial on actions in PS?

Resize an simple watermark?

Can be found with google: BIMP Lite
Freeware, very good, very easy

Greetings, lip

I guess for photography the most useful actions would be related to doing stuff to multiple photos, such as:
- resize
- watermark
- basic curves/levels adjustment
- adding a border

Just ideas for the tutorial, since you are going to write it. :)

edit: damn, didn't notice you were so quick and already made the thread! :)
