Clarkson on QI tonight

Pretty boring...

And Jeremy was definitely drunk.

They need James May on there for the next series, for sure.

The site that has a box of great Brit TV torrents, including a quick rip of QI, is pretty good, and very fast. I'd suggest getting an account there and getting QI via that.

I second that. I'm not sure about drunk though... I think he was just bored/impatient.

Good to see Clive Anderson though, I miss that SOB from Whose Line is it Anyway.

Having seen all the QI... clarkson is generally not as funny or interesting on it as alot of people. He seems mildly weirded out by not being in charge!

You mean without a script

He just appeared on the show again:

he didn't seem to talk much in the episode last october, but i don't know if i would call him drunk and boring. I loved his story about the chicken eating fox.

Yeah, JC generally doesn't perform very good on QI. He just doesn't talk as fast as others. I think he needs to be totally in charge (i.e. when he's talking, other can't) to be really funny.

JC usually sits next to Alan Davies, and he tells a lot of animal stories (and not the awwwww kind of animal stories). Given that Alan actually is a vegetarian/animal lover makes it quite funny to me.

I LOVE QI, and I think Clive Anderson, Jimmy Carr, Bill Bailey, John Sessions, Sean Lock and Dara O Briain are the ones that are consistently good on it.

Hmm...

The Cube? :p:p:lol:

Silly boy, that's a frinkahedron!

The thing about Jezza on QI is that, whilst he does make good input some of the time, he's surrounded by 3 other people who are professional comedians. Purely in terms of ability or potential for a show like QI he's out of his depth.

I mean, he does hold up well if you remember that the other 3 people with him are standups, it's just he's not in control, and he's just a guest there, really.
