On antother note. I do miss having a gas cooker. Electric stoves just aren't the same. I gave up on asian food mostly due to not being able to roast for a very short time.

Unagi (bbq eel) it's cooked and reasonably familiar to other tastes so it shouldn't be to rough. After that i would stick with some of the cooked rolls and once you are feeling more adventurous go for some salmon or yellow tail. The one thing i will say is that the difference between crappy sushi and quality sushi is the difference between hating and loving sushi.
who here has seen or experienced a Sushi boat or a Sushi Bridge?!? I don't eat sushi but those things make me want to try, damn their cool!
