I just sold my first car and i'm a retard so i sold it to somebody i liked at a cheap price (grrrrr sentimental value) anyways it was my little 1989 Toyota MR2, N/A T-top, 179k
I think the first thing that made me do it is my huge lot of cars that i already have, i had (until minutes ago) 4 cars, All parked around a residential house. Looked kind of redneck to be honest. The second thing was that when i had the car i never repaired it at the rate things would seem to break at, so it always had 3 minor problems at any given time, and every other month it had a major problem. 3rd thing is mostly emotional, i always loved driving the car for the first 10 minutes, its reflexes and decent engine noise really got me going, but then after 10 minutes the wind-noise and intake leak (particular to my MR2) just overwhelmed the experience and made me feel exhausted, the worn to hell suspension didn't help either. I think the really big problem was the rust, i really would rather just buy a Cali car and drive it all the way back to Michigan (or ship it) then ever have to work on such a damn rusty car again.
Anyways, heres a few little pictures and videos i could find! I slightly better videos on my disc if someone can find me a free way to convert .mov to something that WMV movie maker will accept.
anyways heres what was my baby for the last two year, a heap but it really taught me how to drive, and arguably the first car i ever actually owned that one could call somewhat "good."
(videos are mostly raw footage, aka the editing sucks)
