I'd be all over that if it were possible here ( we must be the only place on the freakin' planet that don't allow those <_< ) !

A nice combination of capital i's and 1's or capital b's and 8's to elude people catching your plate number and maybe help fend off speed cameras.

Yeah, I'm a speeder. *shrugs*
 
The best ones I've seen that come to mind are "IO BANK1", "LAST BUG" (on the last original style VW Beetle ever made) and "MY DEBT" on a friend's new Mini Cooper. The worst one is "BOND CAR" that's on a purple BMW Z3.
 
I've seen a lot of clever plates. I'm fine with them. If people feel the need to express themselves on a piece of stamped metal, let them. Mustang guys come up with some funny shit. It's the front plate ordeal that bothers the fuck out of me...

My one is S1AVK - Sue, Ian, Alex, Victoria and Katie first name of each of us in the family. Cost me 500 GBP and worth every penny. Some of our friends even 'got it'.

Nope we can't.

The ads stuff I wouldn't mind if they weren't implementing speed cameras, red light cameras and doubling speeding fines for high speeding offenses as of real soon. :idea:

Not to mention the ban on using hand held cell phones and making law mandatory use of snow tires in the winter.
(Now do-gooders are asking about what if people use snow tires year round and braking distances for them on warm pavement :roll: ... )

Will the over making of laws ever end in this stupid socialist province ! ? ! :mad:
 
Some are okay, but they need to be clever and in no way pompous.

Canada: So is Montreal still a okay driving provence? or do they hate cars now too? I know Ontario is getting worse and worse, whoever the lawmakers are their really really had hateful parents or something as a child, shockingly anti-social legislation in terms to cars.



Is it just me or is all the worst legislation come from ugly people?

as already mentioned, yeah we're kinda...well... french:p they're kinda going crazy with the laws here, at one point they were seriously considering speed cameras. compared to the rest of canada, quebec's pretty anal
