I've said it before, i'll say it again. The Brera and 159 are beautiful, the 8C and that new mini car they're making just aren't.

Couldn't find great vids of those, and it's the same engine as the Quattroporte so I included that car instead.
 
That R8 sounded really, really good with that aftermarket exhaust, I was pleasantly surprised.

But, but vote went to the GTX1. I would have voted for a regular GT if it were included, with the GT500 close behind. Few companies know how to make a V8 sound awesome as well as Ford does. The SRT8 sounded great, but not great enough. I've never really liked the current Corvette's sound for some reason, and I've always hated the sound of a Ferrari V8.

A lot of them sound quite good. But if it were up to me, I would make this between stock exhaust notes. I've seen exhaust systems ruin the sound of cars.

Damn, well then unofficially I'd move my Vote to the Quattroporte if i had ever payed attention. Might be the same engine but i think the heads have been re-done between the cars, and that is easily the BIGGEST reason any car sounds the way it does, so until i can get on a working computer with video capabilities I'll remain indecisive.

The R8 has a badass aftermarket exhaust!!!!?? Damn i need a working computer, this is killing me!!!!

FYI, this is an '04 SVT Cobra.

That video in the first post had zero supercharger whine and a almost muffled exhaust note.

Can you PLEASE change the AMV8 Video? I mean its one thing to put all aftermarket systems on almost all of the other cars (its cool, i suppose it shows the potential of each cars sound etc) but would you at least give the AMV8 a chance???

that video is exactly the clip that made me HATE the AMV8 for about a month, i had to watch various other clips before it could redeem itself. Its just so farty in the opening!!

I voted for the corvette. I think the Italians are too high pitched. I believe that a V8 should be low and very rumbly.
 
That just might be the hardest decision I've ever made, right up there with car purchases, going to college and whether or not to eat Chipotle for a 3rd day in a row tomorrow :think:.

I chose the 'Vette as I prefer the sound of larger V8s, especially ones of the OHV persuasion. That's what I get for growing up in Kansas.
 
After hearing an F430, I can say so far it is the best car I have heard.
 
GTX1 sounded great there. Was tempted to go for the deep charger or quattroporte!
